CheckSure provides independent pre-completion, new-home snagging and end-of-defects inspections throughout West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey. The map below helps you quickly check whether your home is likely to be within our normal service area.
Our service area is intentionally focused so that appointments, travel and report delivery can be managed reliably. If your property is close to the edge of the area—or just outside it—please ask before booking. We may still be able to help depending on the location, timing and availability.
Our core coverage area
West Sussex
Including Horsham, Crawley, Worthing, Chichester, Arundel, Angmering, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and surrounding new-build developments.
East Sussex
Including Brighton and Hove, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hailsham, Rye and surrounding new-build developments.
Surrey
Including Guildford, Reigate, Redhill, Woking, Dunsfold, Weybridge, Haslemere, Esher and surrounding new-build developments.
These places are reference points rather than a complete list. Our core area includes cities, towns, villages and developments throughout all three counties.

Is your home near or outside the mapped area?
If your home is within West Sussex, East Sussex or Surrey, you can still enquire even when your town is not labelled on the map. New developments do not always have an established postcode, so simply provide the development name, plot number or whatever address information is currently available.
If the home is just outside the three counties, you are also welcome to ask. We will review the location and confirm whether we can help, together with any travel charge, before you commit.
Service-area questions
Do you cover every address in West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey?
These are CheckSure’s three core counties. Appointment availability can still depend on the exact location, access arrangements and timing, so every booking is confirmed individually.
My town is not labelled on the map. Can I still enquire?
Yes. The map labels selected towns as reference points and does not list every place served. Use the county boundaries and labelled towns as a guide, then send the development name, plot number, postcode or address information currently available.
Do you inspect homes outside the three counties?
Sometimes. Nearby enquiries may be considered subject to availability and any travel charge agreed before booking. Send us the location and the information you have, and we will confirm whether we can help before you commit.
Which inspections are available in the service area?
CheckSure offers Pre-Completion Inspections, New-home Snagging Inspections, End-of-Defects Inspections and Re-snag Inspections. The suitable service depends on whether you are approaching completion, have received the keys, need completed work checked again or are nearing the end of the developer’s initial defects period.
